2. Purpose of processing

We process the personal data provided for the following purposes:

  • Answer commercial and technical enquiries sent via the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
  • Manage the contractual relationship with customers and suppliers.
  • Where applicable, with prior explicit consent, send commercial communications about our services.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for data processing is:

  • The consent of the data subject given when filling in the contact form and accepting this policy.
  • The performance of a contract to which the user is party or pre-contractual measures.
  • The legitimate interest of DAXP Automation SLU to respond to professional enquiries.
  • The compliance with legal obligations (tax, commercial).

4. Categories of data

Data processed is limited to that voluntarily provided: name, company, email, phone and description of the enquiry. We do not process special categories of data.

5. Retention period

Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities arising from it. In any case, data will be kept while a commercial relationship exists or deletion is not requested, and for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial regulations.

6. Recipients

Data will not be shared with third parties, except by legal obligation. Technology service providers acting as data processors (web hosting, corporate email, CRM tools) may have access to data, always under data-processor agreements per Article 28 GDPR.

7. International transfers

Some of our technology providers (for example, email or hosting services) may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such case we guarantee that the appropriate safeguards exist under Article 46 GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

8. Data subject rights

Any person has the right to:

  • Access their personal data.
  • Request the rectification of inaccurate data or its erasure.
  • Request restriction of processing.
  • Object to processing.
  • Request data portability.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you consider that your rights have not been respected.

To exercise these rights, write to info@daxpautomation.com stating the right you are exercising and attaching a copy of an identification document.

9. Security measures

DAXP Automation SLU applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Article 32 GDPR.
